Bajo created the Endangered Species collection to raise awareness of all the animals that are close to extinction. Unfortunately, the rhinoceros belongs to this group of animals and two of the species have recently become extinct in the wild while the other three show incredibly low numbers. Bajo created a wooden version of the rhinoceros with movable front and hind legs using a light wood to recreate the furry coat of the white rhinoceros. Children can use this beautiful animal in imaginative zoo or safari small worlds or outside in nature.
